Bioinf-Farma: supervised integration of epitope prediction and recombinant protein developability for automated vaccine candidate prioritization
BIOINF-farma is a modular platform that integrates epitope prediction and developability assessment to streamline antigen selection. It combines structure-based conformational epitope signals (MLCE/REBELOT-BEPPE) and sequence-based linear epitope propensity scores (BepiPred 3.0) into a unified Antigenicity Score. The system also employs supervised Random Forest meta-learners to evaluate developability, automatically sourcing or predicting protein structures via AlphaFold DB or Boltz-2 when experimental data is unavailable.
