A Single-Arm, Open-Label, Prospective Study Evaluating the Safety, Tolerability, and Immunogenicity of the NeoOVSV Vaccine in Patients With Ovarian Cancer After Surgery
West China Hospital is conducting a Phase I, single-arm dose-escalation study (NCT07724106) for NeoOVSV, an mRNA-lipid nanoparticle vaccine in stage II/III ovarian cancer. The trial evaluates safety and immunogenicity when the vaccine is administered alongside standard adjuvant chemotherapy and a PD-1 antibody. This represents an early-stage clinical evaluation of an mRNA platform in combination with checkpoint inhibition.
